Over 1000 animals are expected to be assessed over the two days of the event


São Paulo, September 17, 2019 – The Brazilian Association of Nelore Breeders (ACNB) and the Mato Grosso Association of Nelore Breeders (ACNMT) are organizing a new stage of the Nelore Quality Circuit in Mato Grosso. The Circuit’s 16th stage will take place on September 18 and 19 at the local Friboi factory. The Nelore Quality Circuit is sponsored by Friboi and Matsuda Sementes e Nutrição.


The Diamantino stage will also assess females and reward the best carcass lots. The event is expected to assess 1,032 male and female Nelore cattle.


“The assessments that take place during the Circuit are an important tool for cattle breeders in Mato Grosso, the state with Brazil’s largest cattle herd. Through this initiative, we can improve production techniques and fulfill our mission to provide high quality beef and support the cattle breeding industry in our state”, said Breno Molina, President of the Mato Grosso Nelore Breeders Association.

The Circuit’s next stage will be held in Iturama (MG), on September 24 and 25.
