São Paulo, September 2nd 2019 – The Compliance area at JBS held throughout August, in the plants in Campo Grande, a training session for 99 leaders. The goal was to qualify leaderships, ensuring that everyone knows and practices the Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
During the training, examples of positive behaviors were addressed, showing everyday situation and the company rules. Now, the leaderships are responsible for transmitting the knowledge acquired to more than 3,200 employees from the plants Campo Grande I and Campo Grande II.
As a result from this action, the company has qualified more than 400 leaders, who have replicated the knowledge for more than 13,500 employees from its units in Mato Grosso do Sul. Transparency, solidity and reach. These are the main pillars from the Compliance area at JBS.
